How many grams do you eat a day of carbs/protein/fat?
I have my settings at 25% for carbs, 40% for fat and 35% for protein. For my 1300 diet, that means 81 grams of carbs, 114 grams of protein and 58 grams for fat. What does everyone else do? Should I make my carb intake lower?

I am apple-shaped (all my fat --> my belly) and I was wondering if anyone has been able to alter their "body shape" through changing the ratio of carbs : protein : fat in their diet.
