If i go over my protein/fat/carbs but stay under on my calories will i still lose weight or do i have to stay under on all of them???
I have been tracking what i eat and exercising more than i have in about 2 years. :happy: But i havent really seen any results i dont know if im just doing this wrong or if my expectations are too high. :mad: I guess i just need a little motivation.
