Plateau- Need advice
I started off losing 1-2 lbs pretty consistently. I rarely go over my 1200 calories, and I work out 4-6 days for at least 40 minutes. Diet Coke Consumption
What is everyone's opinion on Diet Cokes? I have had people tell me this can affect my weight, but I am unsure how since it has no calories or fat. I am getting my recommended water intake daily, so can a daily diet drink keep me from losing?

Only 1 LB lost this week
I know that some weeks, my weight loss will be slower than others, but 1 LB is so disappointing after doing everything I was supposed to the whole week! I know it takes time, but at a 1 LB rate, it is discouraging to think how long it will take to get to my goal. If only, the pounds flew off like on TV!
