Thanks, everyone! I am trying upping my calories this week, so we will see how that goes! I realized that the first 18 lbs I lost was without any working out at all. They are definitely accurate. I log everything. I also am actually working out; do not even know anyone here to talk to. lol I do not eat back my exercise calories, other than maybe 50 calories from time to time. I have been stuck about a month. I am not an expert either, but I go over on protein almost every day, and I have continued to lose.

How was level 2? I have done 6 days on level 1 now and will probably shift up tomorrow. I am nervous based on some comments I have seen! lol

I made it through Day 3 and even though I was sore today, it was a lot easier! :)

My favorite snack are the wasabi peas they have there! They have a great spice and crunch to them!

I made it through Day 2! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by the shred. I literally felt like barfing at points, but I made it through! :)

I finished Day 1, and it wasn't too bad! I did 30 minutes of spin before the 30D Shred. Hopefully, I will not be too sore tomorrow!

I am buying it today and starting tomorrow! That is a lot less time that I normally work-out. Does anyone do additional cardio on top of this??

I was very shocked! I always stay under my carbs/fat, and calories, but my sodium was over by the thousands most days! :/

I was on Yaz for years. It did not cause any issues with my weight, but it did cause a heart arrhythmia that took me to the ER. There is a huge class action lawsuit going on right now against that pill.

Thanks for all of the replies! I have not had it for a week, which has been hard at times. It does taste very sweet after all the water I have been drinking. I did feel like I needed a nap everyday, but I am sure that will pass. My teeth do feel much cleaner! lol

I know logically all of the above, but now that I am finally back on track, I just want it gone already! lol I know that slow and steady is safest, so I will keep plodding along. Thanks for the support! :)

So, it is okay to go above the protein allowance? I am under my carbs, fat, and calories everyday, but I always have consumed more protein that it shows I should. Will that keep me from losing?
