I'm thinking about getting a wearable to track my activity, especially counting steps, and sleeping. Which ones do you ladies recommend? Fitbit? Bellabeat?/

Any suggestions on foods that fill you up and stave off hunger for longer, but don't have extra fiber? A lot of the recipes I find for healthy diets recommend fiber-rich foods and don't offer alternatives, but high fiber really bothers my stomach.
I usually eat pretty healthy during the day, but when I get home for dinner, everything goes downhill.
