trying to bulk...having issues gaining weight
I am tryimg to bulk up with muscle but I keep loosing weight. I am 180...strength train 6x a week, run 3x a week, and eat about 3000 cals a day. I get about 200g of protein a day. Any suggestions? CLA and trying to bulk
I am currently trying to bulk and wondering if the CLA will work against my goals. I have taken CLA for about a year and have seen improvement overall with my body fat making me reluctant to stop taking it. As I bulk I would like to continue to keep my bf % about the same as it is now.

6 pack abs
Is it better to do more reps of sit ups crunches etc.or should you do less reps and add some weight? Feel like im getting close but struggling to get them to really pop out.
