Just starting to run -- Is this even feasible??
I have just started to run -- am on week 3 of the C25K. I have signed up for my first 5K which is on May 5th. I'm not sure I'll be able to run the entire thing, but my goal is just to finish within the pacing requirements (16 min mile) and I'm pretty sure I'm on track to do that right now.
