Weekend Madness
I am having a really hard time with eating on the weekends, i exercised Saturday but come Sunday I just eat terribly and end up binging on food for 2 days. I keep telling myself I wont do it again but I always end up doing it and never losing weight . I dont know what I should do , put a lock on the fridge maybe ? haha

Protein always negative?
Im a bit confused I have a ton of cals and stuff left at the end of the day but im always negative in protein? what should I do and is this really gonna effect my weight loss, its never a large amount but still I dont like seeing that red negative sign?

I'm going to Outback for dinner tomorrow and I can't find a nutrition guide for them online , anyone have suggestion to what I should get?

Gym routine
So i just started going back to the gym, I like doing the elliptical for 30 minutes today i'm going to try for an hour but cant seem to get make myself lift weights and all that .. does anyone have a good routine they do?
