Rotating Ripped in 30 & 30 Day Shred
Hey guys, may be a silly/obvious question... i have been doing ripped in 30 as well as 30ds everyday for the last two weeks or so, doing killer buns and thighs as well when i can fit it in. Would i get the same results if i were to rotate 30ds and ripped every other day? i want to start killer buns and thighs more…
