Hey guys,
may be a silly/obvious question...
i have been doing ripped in 30 as well as 30ds everyday for the last two weeks or so, doing killer buns and thighs as well when i can fit it in. Would i get the same results if i were to rotate 30ds and ripped every other day? i want to start killer buns and thighs more regularly but its just hard doing all 3. i know i should probably just do shred until im finished and then start ripped but i am really enjoying both. Any opinion would be great .

I've rotated them and mixed them in with my other workouts and i have seen results but then again i'm not really a big believer in sticking to one work alone for long periods of time.0
