falled a bit behind unfortunately and have currently only just finished week 1 day 5. so much better than 30ds level 2 which im also doing at the moment

definitely fallen a bit behind. just completed day 16 overall, day 5 of level 2 i think it is. i hate level 2 haha.

i also love this dvd, i find it much more fun than her others and they're all laughing and happy which makes it easier to get through. i was so sore just after one workout of this which felt good!

hi, i just started this dvd and for now i'm just doing it every other day only because i'm also doing shred and ripped. not actually sure what is recommended though

day 13 level 2 done, found it so hard this morning my bodys finally starting to get sore, iv had jillian overload this week as im also doing ripped and killer buns and thighs

great tip with the folded towel for push ups! will try that tomorrow i have been doing it with 500g weights also which were far too easy so i bought 3kg ones which were all that were available and my gosh they're far too heavy haha

week 1 day 2 done. my arms hurt a bit today haha. i think i need to push myself a bit harder during the cardio especially. went for a walk and done day 12 of the shred before ripped this morning and starting killer buns an thighs tonight! gonna be sore tomorrow.

i started ripped in 30 yesterday as well :) also up to day12 of shred. completed my first day of level 2 today. i miss level 1 already haha. what size weights do you ladies use? x

Hi guys! i just finished day 1. it went really really quick which i was surprised about. it was definitely hard but i kept up better than i initially thought i would. also did the shred this morning which im up to day 11. one thing i found particularly hard is the ab exercise in the 2nd circuit. i just could not do it…

just completed day 1! it actually went so quick i was quite surprised. sweat alot! might be because i did it in the middle of the afternoon having done a big walk and the shred in the morning. overall i enjoyed it, excited to hear how everyone else found it :)

day 11 for me today, will start level 2 tomorrow so im a bit behind, also starting ripped in 30 tonight so should be good! tried the shred with 3kg weights today after only having used 1kg and it was bit of a shock! not sure if i'm ready for them yet it made the workout so much harder haha

level 1 day 7 completed. had to have a rest day yesterday as i injured my arm at work and couldnt actually move it haha. all better now though.

hi guys i also have pcos. was diagnosed when i was about 15 so 6 years ago. i only have about 5 kilo to lose overall but it's still so hard for me to lose it just won't budge. feel free to add =)

Hi everyone, just completed day 4 level 1. first time iv done four days in a row of the shred which is an accomplishment for me haha. sounds like everyone is going great!

just completed w1d1. i expected it to be pretty hard and it was, started off well but by the end i was struggling. didnt help that my gym felt like a sauna today. hopefully d2 goes better.

hi everyone just finished day 2 (tuesday arvo here in australia). iv stopped and started the shred a few times in the last month so im not finding it that hard, except for the lunges :/ also hoping to start c25k this week for some extra cardio. good luck to everyone =) have taken measurements, and starting weight is 67kg.…

i was going to start c25k tomorrow (monday 17th). have never tried it before but have the iphone app ready and waiting. i am definately not a runner and think i will really struggle but have to start somewhere!
