    Sounds like you girls are getting some great compliments! That's awesome. I think we're doing a great job, everyone!

    I did level 2, day 2 (day 12 overall) today, felt great, but man, this level is hard! By the second (or first, really) group of those cardio oblique twists, I'm just really wanting to hit "stop." Feels good to be done, though!

    So I'm on 12 days total, 10 at level one, 2 at level two. Thanks!

    Day 17 done! I guess I'm getting closer to level 3 - I am still not able to do those V raises without screaming and grunting but the rest is coming easier.

    Hello Shredders!!! :drinker:

    Well everything has gone crazy this week... I was doing fine and was all up to date on Monday, then on Tuesday I got a telephone call, the club I worked at has been closed down. :sad:
    It was a bit of a shock as we have just been told that we probably had until January until it might be bought and we would still have work just be working for a new company.

    So I have had a worried few days and spent a lot of the time on the phone to try to find a new job, my work is very specialised and it is hard to come by. I work in a night club doing lighting, so there is only ever one position per club and jobs are precious.

    I am covering my old club this Friday with my best friend, I might be able to get in there but we are waiting to hear back, as there might be something else available which might be better for me, so we just have to wait and see what the future holds.
    I'm very nervous about everything now as I'm self employed and can't be out of work for long as everything falls apart fast, so hoping that things are sorted soon so I can get back on track.

    I have missed yesterday's shred and Tuesday's so today I need to do 3 to get back up to date, and yes I will be doing all 3 in a moment, back to back!! :noway:
    Then on Friday I will be doing 2 to cover Friday and Saturday as I'm at my BF's on Friday and Saturday.
    I really don't want to fall behind or not do any of these shreds so I must catch up today.
    Things have been so manic these last two days, I really haven't had much time to do anything.

    But today I will get up to date and tomorrow will get ahead then then be right again.

    I hope your all doing really great, I will get time to have a proper read later on and see how you have all been doing. :flowerforyou:

    since I got so far behind i did level 1 this morning just to ease myself back into it. so I am at day 13, 11 days of L1 and 2 days at L2

    hey guys! did level 2 day 5 yestedray ! so thats 7 workouts level 1 and 5 workouts level 2..... Level 2 is still such a killer! level 1 for me got easier but level 2 ouch! I really want to try and do level 1 and level 2 back to back but man after i have finsihed one level I am always to knackered!

    Just did two back to back level 1's, just having a quick breather and will do one more...

    I will then be up to date, tomorrow I need to do two so I am then up to date for Saturday as I will be away again and miss my shred session. However we will be painting and doing other stuff so never lazing around!!

    Will report back again in a moment when I have finished my third shred for the day!!! :wink:
