3 Year Transformation (down 100 lbs)
I started counting calories and lifting weights in May of 2018 - nothing out of the ordinary, just need to be consistent. I was about 300 lbs and I hover around 190-195. I've been working out most of the time and put on some muscle, so I probably lost more than that much weight in fat, but no way to tell.

Anyone here on a high protein diet?
I glanced at the food diaries of some of my friends, and I noticed most people aren't worried about protein. Which is absolutely fine, there's nothing wrong with that, but I'm lifting heavy, so I'm eating a massive amount of protein (150-200g a day, usually). Anyone else doing the same?
