Hi I'm new today will be my first day
I am totally scared to do this. I'm 30 yrs.old mother of 4 I have gained a lot of weight and I'm depressed and want to be healthier. I am pre/ diabetic as well with high blood pressure. I have no idea where to start I weigh about 315 and I'm 5'11. please help to get me going. I have also tried fad diets and weight watchers…
