TRX for beginners...
I am wanting to go to a TRX class to learn how to train with this equipment as I have never used it before (or even heard of it until the other day). Pret for breakfast, McDonalds for lunch, ice cream and a box of chocolates for tea (the whole box, demolished in about five minutes) and a gallon of full fat fizzy pop. Calories burnt in cheerleading
Cheerleading doesn't seem to be on the exercise database and I'd like to know roughly how many calories you would burn doing say, an hour of stunting. I'm a side base. Someone told me to go for "gymnastics general" on the database but I'm not a gymnast and I don't really want to use that if it's not a fair representation…
