I have set my calorie intake based on my TDEE (2191) minus 500 calories. However, on the 2 days I don't workout, what should my calorie intake be? The 1414 or the 1691? Thanks in advance for your help.
I'd like to teach group fitness. I am currently a Zumba instructor, but would also love to teach strength training and/or circuit. Do you recommend one certification over the other? Thanks.
