What should my calorie intake be based on TDEE?

I have set my calorie intake based on my TDEE (2191) minus 500 calories. However, on the 2 days I don't workout, what should my calorie intake be? The 1414 or the 1691? Thanks in advance for your help.

    1691. With TDEE, regardless of exercise done (or not done!) on a particular day, you eat the same amount. Every. Single. Day.
