I am a nurse and work 3 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm) a week. Also, I am in grad school part time so have 2 days a week at clinical rotations (so also like work 10 hours a day). On my days off ( 2 a week) I make sure to work out, but 2 days a week is not enough. I was wondering if you guys have any advice on getting in workouts…
I do it all the time. I work a hectic ngiht schedule and feel like I'm going to fall asleep unless I munch on somehting while I study (getting a Master's degree part-time). Even when I'm not very sleepy, I can't seem to concentrate on the reading material unless my hand is shoving something into my mouth. Help!!!
