Advice for losing hp/stomach fat
Hi, I have the same problem as a lot of women. . . I work out 3-4 times a week (Spinning, cross training, weights etc) and I am finding that I still have unsightly hips and stomach! My legs feel a lot stronger due to spinning, but do not see the difference anywhere else. My clothes do not feel looser even though my legs…

Hi, I normally listen to dance music while working out. . . but I am getting soooo fed up with my playlist. Can anyone suggest any good dance/pop songs that motivate them? 80s, 90s, 00's ???? I do love indie and rock, but these do not seem to motivate me to exercise. . . :-(

How would I catogorise my exercise class?!!!
Hi, Looking for some help here. . . I go to an exercise class that consists of well. . . a bit of everything! Problem is, I don't know how to catogorise it under the fitness database. It consists of aerobics,balance ball and resistance training. Plus, v quick paced ab work and squats. . . Any help would be appreciated.

Calories per day
Ok, so i am a little confused as to how the food/excercise calories thing works. . . I have a 1200 calorie allowance per day, so for example, if I excercise and burn 500 calories, does that mean I have to eat 1700?? If so, how would this result in weight loss? Any help would be appreciated!!! :happy:

Cross trainer
I am trying to do 45-60 minutes of interval training on the cross trainer 3 x per week. . . is this as effective as running? I have damaged a tendon, so cannot do my usual classes or lift weights for a while! :-( Any advice would be appreciated. :-)

Flabby stomach!!!!
Hi everyone, I am new here, so any tips etc would be much appreciated. I am quite happy with my shape in general. . . except for my stomach. . . it has a life of it's own!!! I exercise 2-3 times per week and it just won't tone!! Any tips? Thanks in advance.
