Bike weight limit
Hello, When I was a much more active (thinner) member and rider, I purchased a trek 3700 mountain bike and later on a Fuji Roubaix Road bike. After some time and life happened, I am now at my heaviest pushing in at 370 and I am looking at getting into the swing of things. I know the Road bike is probably going to sit…

New bike?
Hi everyone. I am getting back into the swing of things and I am going to shoot for a century ride this year (or metric century). Currently, I have a Giant OCR2 from 2003. It has a full Tiagra set up and everything works, just beat up looking. The only problem is that the bike is very long. I am pretty stretched out on it…

Click Noise
Hello, I am wondering if anyone can give me some insight. I have a used Giant OCR2 that I bought earlier this year. This past week and a 1/2 I was busy and did not have a chance to get out until yesterday. When I first started peddling, I would get a click/creaky noise. It sounds like it may be coming from the pedals, but…

Moutain/trail bike
Hello, I have been thinking about getting a Trek 3500 but was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it. I will mainly use it for crushed limestone and compact dirt trails. I am thinking this bike might be a bit overkill for that since I do not live in the mountains. I was suggested that the Verve or the DS series from…

Opinion
Hi people. I have an older Trek 7500 FX that I really enjoy, but I have been kinda wishing it had drop bars for a bit more of the road bike feel. I have seen where people have done some conversions on these bikes but from what it looks like it costs a bit of money and takes some skill. To be honest, I do not have either.…

Calorie Updates
Hello, I have been using MFP for a couple of weeks and just started to see some loss in my weight. I was wondering if MFP will automatically adjust the calories as I drop the pounds, or do I need to rework the fitness plan thing every time? Thanks!
