Filling Foods
Can anyone give me suggestions on what foods and snacks are good, low in calories, and keep you full? Also how does everyone resist those urges for the bad/unhealthy foods?!

Exercise Log
Sometimes after i input the time i did my cardio for on certain machines, the total calories burned is less than what the machine says i've actually burned, or sometimes it's more...i never know which is more accurate, the machine or the log? has anyone else encountered this problem or can help me with this?
