  • I have a nutrionist and she told me to eat as much fruit and veggies as I wanted because it's all relatively low in calories and filling! So I eat tons of it! It's my "go to" snack always!

  • maybe the foods you eat are just lower in calories, such as fruits and veggies (which are pretty low in calories)....you might want to add more in that area to fill your calories, but i also have the same problem. I never fulfill my calorie amount, especially after exercise. I completely understand!

  • Sometimes after i input the time i did my cardio for on certain machines, the total calories burned is less than what the machine says i've actually burned, or sometimes it's more...i never know which is more accurate, the machine or the log? has anyone else encountered this problem or can help me with this?
  • I love fruit and yogurt parfaits with granola, they are delicous! I also enjoy omlettes with spinach, tomatoe, mushrooms and shrimp on the inside. Fruit is always good on the side too!
