Protien ?

Is it bad to go overlimit for Protien? I will be way over today.

    I think going over on your Protien is pretty safe....It's help's you build muscles!

    Just kidding, you're fine. The MFP allowance is very small, especially for active people. Unless you have kidney problems or some other health issue involving the kidneys, you're fine.

    Protein is good for you. you could probably go over by 20 or 30 g and you'll be great...

    On average, they recommend 0.4 to 0.6g of protein per pound for active adults.

    Heavy trainers and body builders will go up to 1g per pound and even more temporarily (under some circumstances).
