Anyone doing Race for the Cure 5k in Jacksonville?
I'm doing it and it's going to be my first 5k! I'm super excited! I'll be completing the C25K program in about three weeks so it's just in time for the Race for the Cure. It blows my mind that I'm going to run a 5k lol. Anyone else doing it? :happy: :happy: If so add me! I love extra support!!

Zumba Calories?
I want to log my calories burned from Zumba class but I don't know what they are ha. The class is an hour long and I'm 5'7" and 180. Any Zumba doers out there know the calories they burn? The numbers I've seen before have ranged from 250 to 500 so I'm not sure how many to log. Any rough estimates would be appreciated!
