My HRM is exactly the same. I even have the same one. I started going by it and eating more, and I didn't lose any weight. When I went back to going by the machines my weight loss started again. I don't understand why there's such a difference between the HRM and the machines, but I don't even use the HRM anymore. =[

I'm 5'7" and right now I'm at 169. I have boobs and a butt though (see profile picture lol). My goal weight is somewhere between 140-150 as of right now, but I'm just gonna see how I feel when I get there. Add me if you want! I love when other people are 5'7"! I work out every day. If I have a super busy day I'll skip it though. I am not a morning person by any means so I do mine after classes in the afternoon. I can barely wake up for my classes now much less waking up earlier to work out!!

I try and always plan beforehand and I usually find a few things that are decently low calories. The sodium is the killer though. Restaurant food has a ridiculous amount of sodium!

I do one serious cheat day a month... But even on that day I typically only eat one bad meal. For example, I'll have a healthy breakfast and lunch and then go somewhere like Olive Garden for dinner and eat whatever I want. And then if there's something I've been seriously craving.. like a jumbo lemon poppy seed muffin…

You're supposed to do each level for 10 days and then go on to the next one. So you would do level 1 for 10 days and then move on to level 2. I personally do it that way, but you definitely don't have to. I've seen other users on here who do some of the levels for more or less than 10 days. I bought the DVD and it did not…
