Trying this for first time... But not new to weight loss.
I really want to get back on the weight loss track. I lost 65 lbs in 4 months back in 2009 (Sept - Dec 2009) I went from 245 to 180 by just eating better and walking and have learned to keep it off !! I am currently 187 and I want to be 135 - 140.
