Trying this for first time... But not new to weight loss.

I really want to get back on the weight loss track. I lost 65 lbs in 4 months back in 2009 (Sept - Dec 2009) I went from 245 to 180 by just eating better and walking and have learned to keep it off !!

I am currently 187 and I want to be 135 - 140. I need to kick it up and also add weight training to tighten my body this time. It is harder to change my habits this time. I was very unhappy with my life and my marriage was ending then and I had reason to change... but this time I am happy with my boyfriend and everything else except my body.

I will take any help and encouragement I can get. I can do the food... but the exercise is hard!!! I need motivation.
