Am I eating enough?
I have been loggin on MFP for about 2 weeks and have lost a few pounds. However, I'm adding more exercise in (like Zumba for 60 minutes last night). How do I know how much is the right amount of food? If I eat all my "goal" calories, will I lose weight? Don't I need to be under? My diary is open and I'm open to suggestions…
