Am I eating enough?

I have been loggin on MFP for about 2 weeks and have lost a few pounds. However, I'm adding more exercise in (like Zumba for 60 minutes last night). How do I know how much is the right amount of food? If I eat all my "goal" calories, will I lose weight? Don't I need to be under? My diary is open and I'm open to suggestions and feedback.

    Wow! I just looked at your diary for yesterday and it looks yummy and seems like it should be enough, but with your exercise I don't know! I never burn that much so I'm usually okay with my calories. Hopefully you'll get some good advice from more experienced people who excercise more than I do LOL.

    As long as you are eating enough so that your are not hungry then you should be fine. If you are hungry and have a deficit, well then your body is answering the question for you, right?
