I have started running about 2 miles a day, but I think that my thighs are simply building muscle and have started to become huge. I want slender thighs and legs! What are the best exercises to do for this?
I went over on my fat limit for the day, but only because I ate an avocado and alot of almonds, which are good fats (monounsaturated). Does MFP consider any fat as "bad" fats?
