fat counter help

I went over on my fat limit for the day, but only because I ate an avocado and alot of almonds, which are good fats (monounsaturated). Does MFP consider any fat as "bad" fats?

    MFP doesn't differentiate. It's all fat. Same thing with sugar - natural vs added doesn't matter, it's all sugar.
