I took my first Zumba class yesterday and LOVED it! I don't know what the enter in my excercise log, so I put the "dance, excercise, etc" for an hour. It calculated 397 calories via MFP. Exercise calories and eating
I need some clarification... If I am supposed to eat my exercise calories...then I won't have a deficit in calorie intake. Net Calorie & excercise calories - please help!
I am quite confused about net calories and excercise calories. My net calories are 1200. I excercised and burned 300 calories. That increases my net calories to 1500. Do I eat the 1200 or 1500? If I am supposed to eat just the 1500, then why workout? Is it because I can eat more? Wouldn't that be the same as not working…
