Any women that are 5'4" & starting weight at 200lbs?

I am looking to see success stories from women who are 5'4" with starting weight of 200-ish lbs. I would love to get some motivation!

My SW was around 230ish
My CW is 158.6
My GW is 135ish

All I did was start jogging and exercising. I went with a program C25K that teaches you how to run a 5k. My first one was this past Sunday. And while I didn't jog it all, I did 3/4 of it at a jog but due to a nasty cold I just couldn't breathe.0 -
I'm right at 5'4" without my heels.

I'm 5'2.5" and started at about 200lbs.
I'm at 154.4 right now and my goal weight is 120

I was 198lbs and im 5ft 4".... i am now 168lbs - still a fair few to go, but those 30lbs have made a big difference to my body!0

How about 5'1" sw:208 have lost 3lbs, gw: 140. So right now I don't know if you call it success. But you seem to be doing GREAT yourself. Makes me feel like I can.0

I'm almost there. I try to eat healthy. I do the Curves curcuit and Zumba three days a week. Lately, I've been doing an Ab challenge every morning, as well. I always eat my exercise calories, so it encourages me to MOVE!0 -

I lost from 203-163 two years ago...then slowly gained it back to 185 and now I'm on track to lose it again. I think 135 will be good for me. I have short legs though so maybe I should go lighter if I can.0 -
I started out at around 218 at my heaviest. I had lost a few pounds before joining so MFP starting weight was 205. My current weight is 165 and I am 5'4". My goal weight is 135. You can do it. Believe me it seems impossible but it just takes time hang in there
