It was really tough at first...who am i kidding..this journey has been a tough journey for me but hard work is definitely paying off. We didn't gain this weight over night and we're definitely not gonna lose it over nite. I re-enrolled into the gym...took advantage of the first 3 FREE training sessions with a trainer and took in everything the trainer taught me. Started lifting weights, eating better and just worked out really hard. Joined a challenge with a group of people and just kept pushing.
Good luck with your jouney...YOU CAN DO IT!!!0 -

CW: 164 lbs
GW: 130 lbs
When I can tell people I've lost 70 pounds, that is going to feel so, so good.0 -
I'm 5'4 and my start weight this time was about 198-200. My highest weight on the scale was 240 then I stopped stepping on it for a bit. That was quite a few years ago though. I've maintained a 30 lb weight loss I had after having my daughter but kind of got stuck/stalled/lazy/satisfied enough at the 200 mark. This time I'm more determined to reach my goals though.

I'm 5'4 and was 198 lbs the day I went into labor, one year ago (gained over 80 lbs in a year!)
At 3 months postpartum I was in a size 12/14 and weighed 165
Today I am about 117 lbs and a size 0-4. I have surpassed my original goals and am very pleased with myself. I never starved myself or felt deprived and now I eat over 2000 calories a day and maintain.0 -
How long did it take everyone to lose the weight?0

Hi - I'm 5"4' - i started at arond 218, i'm currently at 154 with a goal of 145 lbs. It tooak 18mos. for 60 lbs. The key for me has been support - trainer and nutritionist to stay on track. I also highly recommend Geena Roth's books re: emotional eating. It is worth the commitment!! If you have a bad day and go off track...get bac k on track the next day - don't give up!!!0

I chose a range of numbers because I may not be happy settling for one number. I'm just taking weight loss day by day and seeing how I like my body as I progress.0 -

Well, I am 5'1" and my starting weight was 276 pounds, but my current weight is 196 pounds, so technically that is my current starting weight. My goal weight is 150 pounds.0

I started at exactly 200 lbs...and I'm now at 189...aiming for 170 and then I'll reassess! My build is very curvy with pretty thick muscles. Like a wrestler...real dainty, huh? Lol. I don't really care anymore...I've finally begun to embrace myself as the strong woman I am...and I'm aiming to become stronger. So what if my developing deltoids freak out the wimpy men. Haha.0

-
5'4.5"
SW (Feb 28): 226lbs
CW: 198lbs
GW: 180 (then probably 160)
My first goal weight is 180 because the last time I weighed that I was eating maybe 1000 calories a day if I'm being generous. Obviously, that was not healthy at all! So I want to see how I look and feel after getting there in a healthy manner. Then I will re-evaluate!
Feel free to add me if you need a friend!0 -
I'm 5'4 and started at 192 a month ago, down to 181 already Goal weight is 130. Unless i get lots of muscles, then i will be heavier (and better looking lol)0
-
I'm 5'5", started around 200lbs, and have been at goal weight now since December!0
