Thank you all for the feedback. I went on zumbacalories.com and looked at the different levels and calories burned at at specific level. Yesterday, I was able to talk during the class (a little out of breath, but could still talk a bit) so I choose the "mid" intensity... it stated that I had burned 654 calories!!! OMG!!!!…

I understand that, but I keep reading that you need to eat more than 1200 if you are excercising. I thought that weight loss comes from a deficit in calories. If I eat my excercise calories, then there is not deficit. That is where I am confused.

You look fabulous. Your stats are close to mine, but my starting weight was at 199. I too, am 5'4" and my weight is coming off so slowly. I am so frustrated! My goal weight and look is exactly were you are at right now.

I have used Smooth Move herbal tea. It comes in different flavors, and it has helped me tremendously. I drank one cup before bed and about one hour after waking up the next morning, I am needing to go to the bathroom. Good luck!
