I just started this video today. I got thru the Level one, but am I so freakin' beat. I am even nauseous...no joke. Anyone else try this? Am I doing something wrong or is this typical results.
I had lost 35 lbs and couldn't work out for almost one month (went on vacation, then had surgery). I am thinking that this might not be the best way to re-start my working out routine. Possible back to running.
Thoughts anyone????

The 30DS is definitely a tough challenge! I haven't made it all the way through the 30 days but I did work out to level 1 last night just because I felt like having a really good workout. I'm not ready to take on the challenge again though. I felt sick afterwards as well. Muscles sore as well... but it hurts so good!0

I always get nauseus when I start one of her workouts. It is tough! I think that days 2 and 3 are probably to hardest because you're still sore from workout 1. Stick with it. Your body will adapt and it will amaze you!0
