I just started this video today. I got thru the Level one, but am I so freakin' beat. I am even nauseous...no joke. Anyone else try this? Am I doing something wrong or is this typical results.
I had lost 35 lbs and couldn't work out for almost one month (went on vacation, then had surgery). I am thinking that this might not be the best way to re-start my working out routine. Possible back to running.
Thoughts anyone????

The 30DS is definitely a tough challenge! I haven't made it all the way through the 30 days but I did work out to level 1 last night just because I felt like having a really good workout. I'm not ready to take on the challenge again though. I felt sick afterwards as well. Muscles sore as well... but it hurts so good!

I always get nauseus when I start one of her workouts. It is tough! I think that days 2 and 3 are probably to hardest because you're still sore from workout 1. Stick with it. Your body will adapt and it will amaze you!

Is the 30DS the same as Extreme 30DS & S?
