What would it be for?
I'll start.
Sexual harassment.
(Even though I don't think you can be arrested for sexual harassment alone, but it could lead to a criminal charge which could get you arrested, so roll with it).

in all seriousess tho, if i was in such a position that i had no home, and couldnt afford food. i would grab a bat or other weapon, and hold up some place.
now before you go all righteous on me, i would do this to a place that would have sufficient insurance to get their money back, not a small little place that would actually suffer from the loss. and it would be an absolutely last resort.
now my reasoning for do this is 2 fold.
a) if im not caught, i will have money to buy food, shelter etc, temporarily.
b) if am caught, i will be placed in jail where i will have food, shelter etc, temporarily
