Plank challenge anyone???
I know we started off doing 30 second planks last week, was wondering if anybody would like to add this to the everyday workouts, just to see how long we can go by the end of the month? I know right now I can hold for about 45 seconds but wouldn't it be awesome if that turned into a 5 minute hold by the end of this month?…

Fell of the 30DS wagon....
Ive had a handful of horribly lazy days, no excuses. I've let all of you down who are still working so hard to complete the 30 day shred. Im so proud of all of you for sticking with it, and know that tomorrow is a new day for me, I will get back to it, double up and finish with the rest of you!

OK so my husband and I are going to start p90x in about a week, right now were going over all the info and getting our "plan" together. calories vs. carbs vs. sodium??
So I want to know whats the bigger issue to watch. I know I should stay under my calories, thats a given, and I also know that when I go over on sodium that turns into water retention which means weight gain but how bad are carbs really? And should I stay away from them as well? For instance breakfast this morning I hade…
