I would never intentionally do this, however if I did I would probably drink ALOT of those calories, Starbucks, Cokes and all those other yummy sugary, fat filled beverages I have given up. Followed by pasta and pizza and cheese and...ohh geeze now I'm getting hungry!

Every Friday, otherwise I get to crazy and psycho about the fluctuations, I also make sure that I weigh the day before I plan on having a cheat day, don't need all that sodium sneaking up on me and making me feel bad!

I tried this, I broke up the meals and made it to where i could have snacks too...it worked, it sucked, I lost 8 lbs over the 3 days and gained back all of it and then some before the week was over even though I was only eating 1300 calories a day the other 4 days of that week. I did the advanced day 1 again today plus about 2 miles worth of walking this morning, although it wasn't for workout purposes, it was still walking, so im counting it! Gonna try to do jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack later on too!
