i personally scoop them up and stand over the trash can and drop them....but my wife and daughters like to sprinkle Splenda brown sugar on them after they come out of the oven.

And they like the sweet potato-tots the best!!

I really like them with honey or Dijon mustard. I've also seen restaurants serve them with spicy ketchup, and some type of brown sugar/marshmallow-y sauce.
