    I'm not entirely sure what this says, but I do enjoy a side of screaming with my sweet potato fries on occasion. Mostly, though, I eat them with ketchup.

    This is the spice recipe I put on my sweet potato fries and I eat them with just this spice mix or with ketchup too.

    You can put this on almost anything! Meats, roast veggies in soups

    It's the recipe for Emeril Lagasse's Essence:

    2 1/2 tablespoons paprika (I use sweet smoked paprika-super delish!)
    2 tablespoons salt
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon cayenne
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon dried thyme

    Ahaha - I had a hard time reading that too!

    Havent tried baked sweet potatoes yet, sounds yummy though!! Would think theyd taste just fine with a little salt.

    I season them in the salt-free southwest seasoning and then dip in a little ketchup and chipotle mayo mixed together. Goes great with fish!

    i personally scoop them up and stand over the trash can and drop them....but my wife and daughters like to sprinkle Splenda brown sugar on them after they come out of the oven.

    And they like the sweet potato-tots the best!!

    Sweet potato tots!?!?! Where have they been all my life!!
