I am a wife, a mom, a full time student and have a full time job. How in the world is there time to fit exercise in there anywhere? Anybody else have this same problem?!! Anybody have any tips?
I need some help with food I'm terrible about snacking. I snack rather than eat meals sometimes. I buy the 100 calorie packs so I've got some portion control on my snacks but with that I will go over on my grams of sugar and most of the 100 calorie packs aren't exactly good for you any suggestions???
