Food help!

I need some help with food I'm terrible about snacking. I snack rather than eat meals sometimes. I buy the 100 calorie packs so I've got some portion control on my snacks but with that I will go over on my grams of sugar and most of the 100 calorie packs aren't exactly good for you any suggestions???

Ditto. Lately mine have been broccoli/baby carrots with hummus, peaches, nectarines, bananas. Sometimes nuts/trail mix or a granola bar, but I'm trying to cut back on my fat intake. I also love making green smoothies and juices. Try going for unprocessed, whole food snacks.0
