Food help!

I need some help with food I'm terrible about snacking. I snack rather than eat meals sometimes. I buy the 100 calorie packs so I've got some portion control on my snacks but with that I will go over on my grams of sugar and most of the 100 calorie packs aren't exactly good for you any suggestions???

    Grapes, apples, bananas, sliced up veggies, baby carrots... Those are my go to snacks!

    Ditto. Lately mine have been broccoli/baby carrots with hummus, peaches, nectarines, bananas. Sometimes nuts/trail mix or a granola bar, but I'm trying to cut back on my fat intake. I also love making green smoothies and juices. Try going for unprocessed, whole food snacks.
