Advice for 5k Training
I will be taking part in my first 5 K this up coming December. Currently I work out with a trainer 3 days a week with weight training and finish with 30 mins cardio and 3 days a week that I am not working with the trainer I work on cardio training... Basically Intervals on the treadmill. Any other suggestions?
