1st Week

Saturday will be one week for me... And Next Saturday I will be visiting my physician to track my progress.
I was down 50 lbs last year around this time, and now I have gained back 40lbs... So it has been a hard road, and I am dissapointed in myself to say the least.
I need to add some more information to my profile, but I'm 26 and I really want to meet my goals by my 27th Birthday, and it sure would be nice to start dating again (Gain some confidence Back)...

I lost almost 80lbs a few years ago, only to gain it and another 15lbs on top, so I can sympathize. Just started back up a week ago last Monday. We can do it!0

Welcome to MFP! You will LOVE this site - if you are diligent about using it. I've been a member for about 6 weeks and cannot say enough good things about it. The "family" that you find here will make your journey much easier! Don't beat yourself up about the weight that you lost and then put back on - it happens to alot of us. The important thing is that you are trying again. This time you will succeed. It's not only about losing weight, but also about eating healthy. Once you become used to eating healthy, it becomes a life style more than a "diet" and losing weight is just a pleasant side effect!
