body still sore after 4 days
I exercised four days ago and my body is still slightly sore. It is not a sore like ouch I cannot move but a sore like I do not feel like weight lifting. streching cardio lift questions
Was wondering do I stretch before and after exercising? Routine like this 3 times a week stretch - 5-10 minutes cardio - lifting - 15-20 minutes cardio - strech 7 days a week 20-45 minutes cardio I am new just starting at this trying to learn so any advise would be useful.

I'm hungry and can't stop eating.
I ate 1500 calories over my limit today. I usually don't eat all threw out the day till I was on this site. I would eat one meal at night but now that I have been eating all threw out the day I can't stop eating. Why am I hungry I never ate this much in my life I just want to keep eating.
