Am I doing this right? look at my exercise journal yesterday

I had a trainer give me a routine but I added a stomach,lower back exercise, push ups, sit ups, reverse sit ups, squats, dips and pull ups. Can you view my exercises from yesterday in my exercise journal I want to know if I'm doing to much or if there is anything I can add. I feel fine right now and feel good after doing the routine in my journal. I'm trying to do it 3 times a week and 30-60 minutes cardio 5 days a week. Give me any thoughts or suggestions if you can.

    If you've got a trainer... why not ask them about your program?
    They know you personally which none of us do, surely you will get better advice from them.
    And if you don't like what they suggest - take your money to someone you like better!

    We can't really tell you if you are doing too much. You said you feel ok after today, so then you are doing at least enough. (And if you are new to working out, you'll find that the 2nd day after the workout is when you're most sore.) It just depends on what your goals are and what you body can handle.

    Like the PP said, talk to your trainer. We don't know your fitness going into this. Plus, all your log says from yesterday is that you did circuit training, that could consist of a ton of different things.
