Couldn't make it through day two! i am very upset with myself. I woke up and my legs and arms feel like jello. I actually ran even though they felt like jello today, so I thought I could do the 30ds but I had to stop about half way through because my legs were literally giving out! Advice?
So I started the 30DS yesterday, and man am I feeling it today! Definitely a good workout. I read some reviews that said it ruined their knees though.. has any of this happened to you? If the knees really become a problem I still think I'll do the workout but just modify the exercises with the knees. Oh and did any of you…
My daily caloric intake should be 1200 to lose my ten pounds in a month, which I'm fine with. But I'm also working out and burn about 400 calories a day. So should I be eating 1600 calories a day to balance out the 1200 or should I be eating the 1200 and burning the 400 off? Thanks :)
