Help! I'm not losing weight yet I'm eating to my goals.
I am not losing weight as fast as I'd like to and I think it's to do with what I'm eating. I normally try to eat 1200 calories a day and go to the gym and burn 400 calories 3 times a week but I seem to be staying around the same weight. Should I eat more - what should I eat? Please help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong…
