Major plateau - Protein shake??
I've been at the same weight for a long time.....major plateau! So, I've been thinking of replacing one meal with a protein shake? Good idea? Bad idea? What meal would you suggest? I'm open to any other suggestions as well. ???help????

Need ideas to increate protein?
I'm doing great with keeping my calories in check......actually most days with my excersize I"m way under. However, I have a terrible time getting enough protein in. I know that chicken and eggs and greek yougart are all great for protien - but I'm looking for more ideas to up my protein.....can anyone help?
